Tubular heat exchanger is installed on the furnace flue ( heat exchange temperature 90°C-100°C),The hot water is pumped into the expansion tank through the hot water circulation pump, then enter into the PP radiator, and heat the solvent, To ensure the solvent tank temperature at 65°C±5°C.

Our product range includes standard configuration plants, inclusive of the hot section (galvanizing furnace and dryer) and the chemical pretreatment area (degreasing-pickling-fluxing).
