Range of Application:
Zinc fume is produced by the reaction of the galvanizing reagents with the zinc solution.It is eliminated by the zinc fume collection system.

Feature:
Select the suitable process for your zinc fume collection.
Side suction with slot (suitable for rack plating): the exhaust openings are on both sides of zinc kettle, zinc fume is collected to the bag filter by the induced draft fan, treated in the bag filter. (this method is not suitable for zinc kettle with width over 1.8 meters.)
End blowing - end suction (suitable for rack plating): install a blower on one side of the boiler, and install a recycling cover on the other side. The zinc fume is blown to the other end by the blower, then collected and disposed by the outside filter.(this method is not suitable for zinc kettle with length over 10 meters.)
Closed recycle cover
- Closed Top Cover: install a closed cover on the top of kettle, connect  with the bag filter by pipes. (suitable for pipes, section steel, angle steel and channel steel plating)
- Fixed full-closed housing: place a full closed housing above the kettle with doors on both ends, and lift doors on both sides, connect with the outside filter by air draft pipe.(suitable for L shape or circle production line)
- Fully enclosed movable suspension housing: suspend a closed housing with lift doors on both sides of the travelling crane.(suitable for traditional galvanizing line which the zinc kettle is very wide)
