All metal surface pre treatment is necessary before Powder coating, paint,and galvanizing. It need removal the rust and oil in the metal surface. Hebei Annuo can provide the metal surface pre treatment tanks. It including
1 degrease tank -- 1 unit general working
2 acid pickling tanks -- 3-5 units general working
3 rinsing tanks -- 2-3 units general working
4 fluxing tanks -- 1 unit general working



And there are 2 kinds of material for pre treatment tanks:

1st PP Material Pickling tanks:

Advantages
1	The pickling tank is welded with polyethylene sheet, and supported by Steel external frame, that make the whole structure compact and reasonable;
2	Good anti-aging property, up to 5 years;
3	Install PP slot in the foundation, easy to observe acid leakage.

3rd For the worker health, we can build the fully closed pickling room 
The HCL acid mist will be abosorbed via acid mist scrubber tower, it will not leak any more. PLC control the galvanizing hoist lift and down the black workpiece into and out the pickling tanks. Whole process is automatilly. The worker can control out off the closed pickling room.
