Usage:
The galvanizing furnace consists of three parts: the furnace body system, the combustion system and the control system.The furnace lining adopts ceramic refractory fiber composite structure -ceramic refractory fiber tiling layer (60mm thickness) plus ceramic high-alumina refractory fiber folding block (400mm thickness), the weight of the folded block is 230kg/m3 after compression, and the heat-resistant steel for folding block.

- The galvanizing furnace design is easy to control and inspection.The burners nozzles, ventilation equipment, regulating valves are easy to be inspected. There is no need to stop the production.
- The galvanizing furnace is a type of natural gas heating, which ensures a very uniform heating distribution around the zinc kettle, ensuring that the zinc kettle does not overheat locally.
