The acid mist scrubber system sucks the collected exhaust gas into the acid mist scrubbing tower and flows through the packed bed section (the gas/liquid contact reaction medium), so that the exhaust gas and the chemical liquid flowing on the surface of the filler are in full contact, and the exhaust gas is utilized. The principle of acid-base neutralization is to adsorb acidic or alkaline impurities contained in the exhaust gas. This achieves the purpose of clean air.
Structure
The tower body material: PP board
Component: - liquid tank
- the wind input section
- first and second spray section
- mist eliminator
- exhaust vent
General advantages
Advanced technology and reliable quality
Easy maintenance management
After processing the acid mist meet the emission standard
Reduce operating costs and energy consumption
Minimize the noise when the equipment running
Reasonable layout, considering the actual situation
Effect Analysis
After processing, the pollutants all conform to the emission standards of"Comprehensive Discharge Standard of Atmospheric Pollutants ( GB16297-1996)" and "Emission standard of air pollutants for industrial kiln and furnace(GB9078-1996)".
Selecting Process for Acid Mist Collection
1. Fully Enclosed Room (strongly recommend)--Pre-treatment workshop is closed, and the mist is collected and treated in it.
2. Side Suction--Add side suction ducts at both sides of the pickling tank to collect acid mist. Not suitable for the acid tank's width over 2000mm.
3. Cover-type--Add a cover above the pickling tank to collect the acid mist under the cover. Suitable for the acid tank's width over 2000mm.
Fully Enclosed Room
The automatic crane and other sensitive equipment such as pumps and sensors, are all protected to avoid vapour and acidic fumes. During regular operation, no person work inside the fully enclosed pickling area.
