Usage:
The basic principle is to distill, separate and crystallize ferrous chloride in waste acid by distillation process. The process of the system is as follows: the raw material liquid is first preheated to 80 degrees Celsius by a preheating condenser, then enters the heater, heated and evaporated, and then enters the gas-liquid separator for separation, and uses a circulation pump to perform forced circulation through the liquid level difference. And temperature control concentrate concentration, the concentration of the concentrate is increased to 60%, the material is discharged into the crystallizer, cooled by circulating water, and then placed in a separator to separate the mother liquid from the crystal, and the mother liquid is passed through a steam, a secondary steam. The generated condensate is preheated and added to the evaporator again. The whole operation will not cause secondary pollution. This is the easiest process route for the regeneration of waste acid containing FeCl₂. The product is stable and easy to control without any pollutants.
