Usage:
In the process of pretreatment and galvanizing, the hot-dip galvanizing process generates more heat than other industries, which has a considerable impact on the surrounding environment. If the temperature of the cooling water is too high, it will not resist corrosion. And the strength has an bad effect. So we need to cool the cooling tank.
Feature:
The cooling water treatment equipment is designed with a temperature control unit to monitor the temperature of the cooling water online. When the temperature is higher than 50 degrees, the system starts the hot water circulation pump. In the winter, the cooling water pump is sent to the pretreatment tank for heating. In the summer, the pump is cooled to the cooling tower and then returned to the cooling tank. At the same time, the cooling water system is equipped with a corresponding soft water system, which can be manually switched when galvanized water quality problems occur.
