Feature:
1.Welding: 60mm thickness plate two-way beveling, handle welding, single-sided welding, double-sided forming, front welding three times, reverse carbon arc gas explosion rooting, sanding, back hand welding three times filling, front welding three times, The back side is re-welded three times, the front side is filled twice, the back side is filled twice, the front side is again hand-welded, the back side is submerged arc-welded, and the zinc kettle is completed.

2. Strict quality control, reliable quality. We do 100% Ultrasonic Test to the steel plate and the welding line strictly complying with the national standards GB/T11345-1989.
3. Rational use of plate width to reduce the welding line.
4. Weld position are as per customer's requirements or as per the characteristics of the furnace, keep away from the heating area.
5. The finished galvanizing pot must be Ultrasonic Tested before sending to customers.
6. We have passed the CE Certificate.
