Acid mist treatment and full enclosure of pre-treatment room

The enclosed pretreatment tunnel can efficiently separate the area where acid fumes are generated from the rest of the surrounding operational areas. The pretreatment environment is therefore efficiently enclosed in a custom built tunnel, which allows to keep out in clean air the overhead cranes, the operators and even the supporting steel structure for the tanks.

Each pretreatment tunnel built by Annuo is equipped with robust walkways, built in polypropylene and fully accessible to perform inspection and maintenance inside the tunnel. Rubber sealing around overhead cranes' ropes or chains are provided, as well as side walls built in acid-resistant materials and a highly efficient fume abatement system.

1. All tanks in the pre-treatment are placed and installed in the pits which are above the ground. Full enclosure is essential steel building, which prevent acid mist leakage outside, no any corrosive for other equipments outside. 2. The full enclosure building is made of exterior steel structure and internal Pp crust corrosion resistant plate. The special material (eg. glass cement) are used among the panels to keep the good sealing property. Acid resistant wood board are installed at the 2m height position of lfull enclosure lower part, mount the window with glass to monitor, Ensure the pre-treatment processing in the micro negative pressure condition and prevent acid mist leakage outside. Two pcs maintenace gallery are installed on the top side of pre-treatment room. 3. The monorial hoists which are used for galvanizing line are placed on the topside of sealed roof of pre-treatment room. Monorial hoists with special device can move and return direction through breaking rubber gap among the silicon sealing belts, it can prevent and alleviate the corrosion and readuce maintenance and examination of workload, so the maintenance cost will be save too much. 4. The operators working environment is always in safe and clean condition.
