For example: Technical Process of Galvanizing
The pretreatment tanks are made of treatment grooves are made of high strength steel frames and are embedded in PP boards. PP,. Due to the very high strength of the steel frame and the thick PP plate, these pretreat ment acidproof  tanks fully meet the requirements for galvanizing Because the steel frame  is not in contact with acid, the acid corrosion resistance is very good. In addition, if the acid  leakage, it is also easy to find leakage points quickly, and  also easy to repair leakage. Because the PP board is welded from the slot, it can be repaired just only need pump  the acid tanks empty.

3.Waste Acid Regeneration Treatment & Recycle Equipment System

by sulfate crystallization and distillation process, the ferrous chloride in waste acid will be separated through sulfuric acid crystallization, increasing concentration, cooling, crystallization, separation. Then the mother liquid is back to the system, and the dilute acid which are extracted can be reused .

4.acid mist scrubber system

The acid mist scrubber system sucks the collected exhaust gas into the acid mist scrubbing tower and flows through the packed bed section (the gas/liquid contact reaction medium), so that the exhaust gas and the chemical liquid flowing on the surface of the filler are in full contact, and the exhaust gas is utilized. The principle of acid-base neutralization is to adsorb acidic or alkaline impurities contained in the exhaust gas. This achieves the purpose of clean air.
