PP Pickling Room
The automatic crane and other sensitive equipment such as pumps and sensors, are all protected to avoid vapour and acidic fumes. During regular operation, no person work inside the fully enclosed pickling area.
Advantages
The degreasing tank and the last step of the catalyst treatment tank are external to the Fully Enclosed Room. Because the solution in these two tanks does not have corrosive effects and emit harmful gases

4.acid mist scrubber system
The acid mist scrubber system sucks the collected exhaust gas into the acid mist scrubbing tower and flows through the packed bed section (the gas/liquid contact reaction medium), so that the exhaust gas and the chemical liquid flowing on the surface of the filler are in full contact, and the exhaust gas is utilized. The principle of acid-base neutralization is to adsorb acidic or alkaline impurities contained in the exhaust gas. This achieves the purpose of clean air.
