The zinc recovery furnace can get 95% zinc ingot from zinc ash, and the zinc ingots can be reused in the Zinc kettle again. It can achieve much more benefit for the hot dip galvanizing lines.

Range of Application
The zinc ash recovery furnace can recover all free zinc granules from the zinc ash, and also be used to recover other free matels' granules, such as tin, lead and aluminum etc.





Remarks:
Zinc ash recovery furnace can separate free zinc solid zinc granules from zinc ash which produced by galvanizing temperature < 500ºC, but not separate the zinc oxide, the free zinc solid zinc granules with excessive iron ions and the zinc dross.
