Distillation, separation and crystallization of ferrous chloride in waste acid through distillation process.

c) Process flow:
The raw material liquid is first preheated to 80ºC through the preheating condenser, and then enters the heater, heated and evaporated, and then enters the gas-liquid separator for separation. Use the circulation pump for forced circulation, to increase the concentration of the concentrated liquid to 60% through the liquid level difference and temperature, put the material into the crystallizer, use circulating water for cooling, and then put it in the separator to separate the mother liquor from the crystals, and return the mother liquor to the evaporator for secondary distillation , collect the crystal for sale.
