 heat exchanger used for efficient heating of flux that is mounted over the ends of the flux tanks. The heat exchanger is compact in design and gives a higher rate of transfer. The heat exchanger could be used as a part of heat recovery system that uses hot quench water for heating the flux solution.

Features: 
Tubular heat exchanger is installed on the furnace flue ( heat exchange temperature 90°C-100°C),The hot water is pumped into the expansion tank through the hot water circulation pump, then enter into the PP radiator, and heat the  solvent, To ensure the solvent tank temperature at 65°C±5°C.
